The Junior Chefs Academy is a cookery course that teaches young people how to prepare and cook healthy food in a professional environment. The academy has been running for over twenty years and thousands of young people have benefited from the course.
The classes cover food safety, basic food preparation, nutrition and cooking, teamwork and organisational skills. Every week the students will bring home some dishes of their class and for their final class their family and friends are invited to join them in a celebratory lunch cooked and served by the students.
