The family and young person service treats people with concerns about severe, chronic and pervasive behavioural problems, emotional or psychiatric difficulties, including severe anxiety, mood and conduct disorders, post traumatic stress, major depressive illness and early onset psychosis. We also provide services to children experiencing severe emotional difficulties or developmental delay following child abuse or neglect. We provide assessment and treatment for children (0-18) and their families resident in the London Borough of Ealing. After an initial assessment a decision will be reached about the most appropriate form of treatment, which may include individual or family therapy, behavioural or group approaches, and medication.
