For young people struggling with new experiences/severe anxieties- the Disability Project Coordinator, Serena can organise a pre-meet via zoom or in person @ Westside outside of sessions to help the transition to a new environment as this can make things more comfortable for some.

Feel free to contact Serena on the details above if you would ever like to organise a Pre-Meet for a young person.

Serena can also send you a Westside Warm Welcome Sheet that young people can read before to help them prepare and familiarise with who, where & what it is we do.
