Paediatric Diabetes Service (0-19 years)

The Ealing Hospital Paediatric Diabetes Service is dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient-centred care for children and young people aged 0-19 with diabetes. The team aim to educate children and thier family so that they can understand thier diabetes, and manage it independently. We want to support them to develop into young adults who have the skills to effectively self-manage their diabetes and have a good quality of life.

Please note that Ealing Hospital does not have a paediatric accident and emergency (A&E) or inpatient ward, so a child who is at risk of Diabetic Ketoacidosis(DKA) may need to attend thier local A&E.
