Grange Children's Centre

As Coronavirus restrictions lift, most Children’s Centres in Central Ealing are running some small face to face groups. Some of these are targeted sessions like Talk and Play which support specific issues such as Speech and Language development; some are baby groups for parents of babies born during the pandemic. We are also running Transition to nursery groups, focusing on two and three years olds to help parents prepare these children for school nursery class in September. Some additional universal Stay and Plays and group activities such as Tiny sports are also starting up and these will be offered on a rotational basis to all families. Please contact your usual Children’s Centre for more information on what is on offer and to be put on a waiting list.

Please note that in order to accommodate as many families as possible we are asking all families to only access one face to face session each week at the moment. Please also be aware that due to different building and staffing constraints not all centres are in a position to offer face to face sessions at this time.

Our online offer is continuing alongside the face to face sessions and we hope that you will continue to access online whist the face to face moves towards a greater capacity. Online sessions can be found here :

Health visiting clinics are returning by appointment only to Children’s Centres. If you want to speak to a health visitor please you can call the Health Visitors Duty Line on 02081025888 or email to book an appointment. The line is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. The health visiting team can offer confidential advice on all aspects of child health, development and parenting including: infant feeding; introduction to solids; behaviour; sleep and minor illnesses.

We will be sharing important information and keeping you up-to-date with developments on our Family Information Service facebook page as well as tips and advice on how to stay well, keep active and keep your children busy during these difficult times.

Please follow our page and invite your friends and family to follow it.

The Family Information Service is available to answer questions, especially about childcare arrangements and supporting key / critical workers and to give advice and guidance wherever possible.

Please email in the first instance or call 020 8825 5588 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
