Add My Child to the Children with Additional Needs Register

The Children with Additional Needs register is a database of children in Ealing with additional needs or disabilities. Under the Children Act 1989 it is a legal requirement for local authorities to keep a register to ensure the LA has a good overview of the needs of all the children and their families; especially when making decisions about services and provision throughout the borough.

If you have a child who receives specialist services from Health, Education, Social Care or the Voluntary Sector, you can add or update their details on the register by completing this form. You can get someone you know to help you or ask one of the professionals you meet with to help you.

The register is voluntary, so you don't have to register your child, but it is beneficial to do so to ensure that the LA has a better picture of the needs of children living in the borough.

Once you have completed the form, please email it to SENAS@ealing.gov.uk. For any queries please you can contact the SENAS team on 020 8825 6910.

More information and a registration form can be downloaded from the right hand side of this page.
