If your child/ young person has an Education, Health and Care Plan, your first point of contact to discuss the plan would be your Education, Health and Care Co ordinator (EHCCo).
If you are not sure who your EHCCo is you can use this page to help. We have organised this by age:
Pre 16: Children up to the age of 16 attending nurseries, primary schools, high schools, primary and high schools with additionally resourced provision (ARP's), special schools as well as other provision such as primary centres and home education.
Post 16: Children/young people aged 16+ attending high schools (sixth form), colleges, traineeships, supported internships.
