With over 15 years experience of working with children certified through Starchild Yoga , Yoga and mindfulness offers an opportunity for children to learn skills for life. Yoga and meditation are skills that they can always come home to when needed including breathing and relaxation. It helps children to build self confidence and self esteem in a non competitive environment encouraging self development .
